1. Exchange Eligibility

  • The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
  • Engraved products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your request promptly.

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  • Wait for exchange approval and return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item using the instructions provided.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by The Vibes Jewelry.

6. Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit where applicable.

7. Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the returned product does not meet our exchange requirements, the exchange request may be declined, and the item may be returned to you.

8. Processing Time

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping times for the replacement item may vary depending on your location.
